EA’s shares went down today because of Medal of Honor getting some harsh reviews. IGN gave it a 6.5/10 (passable). Gameinfromer gave it a 7/10 (mediocre). Especially with all of the hype surrounding this game. Because of the feedback for the Medal of Honor beta, I am only partially surprised. Although I did not expect the reviews of the single player. I haven’t played Medal of Honor yet but I have been a fan of the series for years and understand that Medal of Honor has never been perfect. I am ready for a less perfect experience. Although I understand it is taking many Battlefield Bad Company routes. This I would think would make the game better. Many people didn’t like past Medal of Honor games because of the way you play it. Overall I still plan on buying Medal of Honor and I remain confident about it.

You must also consider the fact that these critics said it was mediocre. No one has said it was a bad game. But when you look at the other 8-10/10 releases that have come out, 6/10 seems like a bad game! Although in a time with less than exciting releases, 6/10 isn’t too bad.
