Gaming update

I have been working on an update video, I have had trouble uploading it for some reason. I have a lot of games to show and unbox, I have been building on this list for the past month. I normally like to have an update video every week or two. For those of you who are waiting, here is a list of my recent purchases that include games and action figures I have purchased.

Games:

Grand Theft Auto IV

-GTA4 is amazing. I have been playing it for a long time and I highly recommend it. Especially if you are a fan of action crime games. GTA4 plays just like other GTA games like GTA: San Andreas, Vice City, etc. It has amazing physics and graphics, GTA4 is ahead of it’s time and I also love the soundtrack, I often listen to it on my iphone. GTA4 is an amazing game that is a must-get.

The Sabotuer

-The Saboteur is the final game of Pandemic studios. They are know for games like Star Wars Battlefront and Mercenaries. Mercenaries: Play Ground of Destruction was one of my favorite games when it came out. It had originality and had over the top action that remained fun for hours upon hours. Mercenaries 2 did the same thing, you could explore factions, islands and cities in Venezuela. The Sabotuer puts you in the boots of an Irish mechanic who is joining the French resistance during the Nazi occupation in 1940’s France. The Irish mechanic, Sean, can climb up buildings, quietly kill enemies and a whole lot more. He is the ultimate Sabotuer. If you like sandbox games, you will love the Sabotuer.

Halo Reach

-This game is the combined amazement of every past Halo game. An exciting single player from Halo: Combat Evolved (Halo 1), the multilayer matchmaking in Halo 2, Forge mode from Halo 3, events from before Halo: Combat Evolved and firefight from Halo 3: ODST. I have a full review on my blog.

Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

-Both Grand Theft Auto DLC’s are combined on one game disk. The origonal price of this package is $40 (US), each DLC is $20. The package comes in a standard case with an instruction manual and poster the content is on a game disk. The DLC’s include The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Lost and the Damned is based around biker gangs and the Ballad of Gay Tony is based around the “modern-day” mafia and drug/weapon trade. Each DLC has new missions, weapons, vehicles, activities and characters. You load your disk and choose witch game you play everytime you put in the disk. I love the Ballad of Gay Tony, I haven’t played Lost and the Damned yet. But both DLC’s are games on thier own. Although the Ballad of Gay Tony is displayed more than Lost and the Damned, it also adds more and has recieved better feedback from gamers and critics alike. But if you don’t already have the DLC’s, I recommend purchasing Episodes from Liberty City.

Merchandise

Halo Reach “Emile” action figure

-This is one of the multiple figures in the Halo Reach toy line. It has 13 moving parts, a shotgun, two grenades and the generic knife. It is the same price as the Halo 3 toy line but slighltly larger and defintley has the same level of detail.

Halo Reach “Grunt Hero” action figure

-This action figure is modled after the Grunt Hero in Halo Reach. It has a two part helmet, the face plate and gas mask can be removed and reatached. It also comes with a plasma pistol, one plasma grenade and a removable gas tank. A grunt figure has not been done before to my knoledge.

Halo Reach “Spartan” action figure

-This is a typical Spartan based on multilayer avatars. There are several different colors you can buy these in. I bought a gray one with a battle rifle and two grenades.

Assassins Creed “Altair” action figure

-Altair comes with a dagger, throwing knives, a sword and the hidden blade all in great detail. This is a must have for fans of Assassins Creed.
